RSM (Admission chances)

Hi, i am considering applying to RSM for Accounting and finance management program. I am concerned, though, about my GPA which is, probably, too low for RSM. I still have to take the GMAT. I am 23 years old and i am form greece. I just finished my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with 7,14 GPA. My GPA in finance and accounting courses is 7,9. I worked for 2 months internship in Athens Water Supply company at IT department, 1 month in marketing research company and 1 month in promotion company. So my work experience is a little bit irrelevant.

1)Do i have any chances of being accepted in RSM program?
2)How much high should gmat score be so as to increase my chances?
PS: I chose RSM program because cost of living in rotterdam is low and rsm is one of the top managment school in europe.
Thank you in advance

Yes I did mean that, my apologies, auto screwed me on that one haha. The RSM program is a little different from most European programs in their admissions. You don't need a minimum to apply with a chance of being rejected. If you meet the minimum requirements (7+ gpa dutch system, check for Greece and a 600+ GMAT). So if you apply with a 7+, 600+ gmat and meet the course requirements (60ects of business and finance courses) you will be accepted if the program is not already filled up. Their website is pretty clear on this, so check that out for more detailed info.

The only thing that could preclude you from getting into RSM, provided that you meet the minimum criteria, is the perceived pedigree of your undergraduate institution from the AdCom's point of view.

A friend of mine was denied admission, even though she comfortably exceeded both the GMAT and GPA criteria. Her problem was that she graduated from a no-name school, which RSM considered inferior to equivalent Dutch Bachelor of Science institutions/programmes.

The AdCom won't give you any feedback on your undergraduate degree before you apply. So, you basically have to prepare the whole package and hope for the best, if you aren't sure whether people from your uni were admitted in the past. If they were, you're almost as good as in.
