Should I get a masters in management?

Hey everyone....i graduated last November ( bachelor in finance) and im currently doing masters 1 in finance. I found an intern at a bank for 7 months ( marketing intern) they said based on my performance I’ll get a permanent job not necessarily in marketing . Im considering leaving university since im not that excited about it and not understanding the most important subjects( professor not capable) and i don’t think I’ll be able to attend my classes once my intern starts...yea my university dont offer that kind of flexibility...to work and study...and personally i think its wrong to do masters directly after graduation with little experience...im planning to focus on my intern and maybe next year start my masters in management and hopefully get a phd.... I need your opinion....is it a good mix? Finance and management? Or it’s useless...i really need a career advice im lost and i think theres so many opportunities and i should make the right choices. Thanks in advance

First and foremost, you should improve your english (it s quite hard to interpet the message you are want to convey).

Secondly, give us a little bit more context: stats, where are you studying atm, where do you come from etc.

Lastly: why do you want to get a PhD? we cannot give you career advice if you don't know what you want from your life..

Yup i need to work on my English...its my third language...im Lebanese studying at a Lebanese-French university...im just asking for a career advice...im thinking of leaving university this year and join another next year but I’ll be studying management. I just want to know if its a good idea for my career ...finance-management mix, and maybe get a phd in management i always loved teaching

I do not want to be too forward but: Try to figure out what do you want from your life/career. When you are sure, ask for career advice (try to put yourself in our position: how can we give suggestions to a person if she/he do not know what to do? We could ruin her life/career, we know nothing about you).
