Should I pivot to MBB or IB post MBA - is IB realistic?

Ok so a little about myself -

Went to big state school and had no idea about consulting or banking, my parents are very middle class so that was never on the radar. Went to the state school because I got an insane scholarship and my parents basically told me it was go here or join the military to pay for college.

Kind of went into college a mess and fucked around, but kind of had it in the back of my mind that I wanted to be an attorney so I studied political science and public policy. Easy degree, left plenty of time for drinking and fraternity activities. Fast forward to senior year of undergrad... Bomb the LSAT the first time I take it because I wasted my time partying and chasing girls (still kept my GPA  pretty high, like 3.7) but had to retake the exam and apply r3. No scholarship money was left at the schools I was interested in, but got into a T3 law school on a full ride because that's what my parents said I should do since it was free. At this point, I was pretty sure I didn't even want to be a lawyer.

That year my mental health took an absolute dive. School starts and despite this, I am doing pretty well in school, but still only sleeping 3-4 hours and was fucking miserable. At this point I am so down-bad that I force myself to start seeing a therapist.

Then the pandemic hits and shockingly, for the first time in years I feel like I can breath (even without a vent) 1L summer (clerked at a think tank, a lot of former consultants, get exposed to the industry), decide to not got back to law school and do a 1 yr Master's in Management at another state school (no GRE/GMAT requirement) and pivot to a T2 tech consulting job. Didn't really have time to do any proper recruiting.

Been there for 3+ years, comp is kind of bad, been promoted twice and as a senior consultant base is only like $110K and bonus is only 10%. Between comp and nature of work (BORING) want to make a pivot to either MBB or IB. Took the GRE in May and got a 326, retaking in August and aiming for 330+

Is a pivot to IB realistic? No stranger to long hours, not a lot of sleep. And my mental health has been well-managed for 3+ years. Always have had strong quant and analytic skills, just did not now about the industry until after I started in the real-world. Otherwise, I think my plan is MBB. Thoughts?
