SMU COX MSF

Hi, I am a U.S citizen living and studying in Seoul. I majored in psychology and have no experience in business and finance. I only have some basic knowledge in math. But I became interested in investment and wanted to switch to finance. I took GMAT twice. I got 690 the first, and 720 the second time. My overall GPA is 3.5, GPA for the last 60 credit hours is 3.8. I'd like to ask some questions about the application, thanks!

A. Are there a lot of current students having no business background and math skills like me? Are most of them able to catch up with the curriculum? B. For non-business students, did they come from background like economics, mathematics or engineering? I majored in psychology, so I only have basic math skills like the ones for GMAT.

C> Do most of the course require strong, solid math, statistic and modeling skills? I did not take courses of these fields before.

Thanks again for your help!
