St. Mary's College of California
I was looking at some perspective schools and came across St. Mary's College of California. Is St. Mary's a respected school? How does their MBA program compare to schools like Cal Poly Pomona or even UC Irvine?
I'm currently an accounting major in Southern California and trying to decide if it would be worth it to attend St. Mary's College. On one hand, the Cal State universities cost significantly less than St. Mary's but they also don't offer a Masters coupled with an MBA. On the other hand the UC schools are significantly more expensive than St. Mary's but highly respected.
I want to work in Finance and my biggest concern is whether St. Mary's is a respected University and would help me to enter that field.
Go for a Cal system school.
