$ State-School BS or $$$ T10 MS?
I've received significant financial aid that would allow me to achieve a second B.S. in Mathematics & Statistics from my state school for Spring 2024. I'm incredibly grateful, however, it isn't a prestigious institution.
On the other hand, I'm considering just taking the necessary pre-requisite coursework and applying to out-of-state, higher-ranking programs for their MFE or MSF and completely relocating at the cost of paying more.
How do you weigh the cost against prestige?
