STAY OR GO?

Hello,

I am currently a freshman student in B-school at a complete non-target on the east-coast. This was not my top-choice University, but I had to settle in order to make a financially wise decision. I am currently wondering if it is worth it to grind it out my first couple semesters and think about transferring to a higher recruited school for IB, or stay where I currently am; network extremely effectively; and try to break into The Street on my own.

Although the University I am currently attending isn't particularly favorable, my high school resume was quite good (4.0 GPA, 1250 SAT), so that might be able to help me move.

I would appreciate any and all input from people who were/are in a similar situation, and how/if it ended up for you. Thanks.
