Graduated non target state school with 3.9 into F500 FLDP Program. Now a Senior Analyst for 2 years. Hoping to be manager soon. GMAT 730 estimated. What are my odds at M7, Duke or UCLA?

At Duke and UCLA, the info you provided is highly competitive. Impact and ECs count too, but if they are OK, you are competitive.
