Transferring to Wharton/HSB from Richard Ivey

I have just finished my first year at western and have achieved a strong A average and hoping to raise that next year. I'm also and AEO student and have several extra curricular activities, of which is a summer internship this summer for two months with the best private wealth firm in Switzerland. What do I need to do to have a shot at transferring to top tier unis in the states like Wharton and Stern or so?

If this is undergrad, its just Harvard. HBS is for MBA. I have had a few friends try this. Retention is extremely high at Wharton and Harvard, which makes the process more difficult. My best bet would to get your grades up as much as you can, try and get some leadership experience, and get some strong recommendations.

Also are your working at Barclays or Credit Suisse? Just wondering.

The difference between successful people and others is largely a habit - a controlled habit of doing every task better, faster and more efficiently.
