In my experience most people under the age of 30 or so are equally impressed by the stern undergrad name and cornell. brown maybe a little higher. of course in the big picture u are right

 

Dartmouth and Columbia need to be between Yale/MIT and such and UChicago/Duke/NYU. If you want to get even more granular put Yale/MIT > Columbia > Dartmouth > UChicago/Duke/NYU.
