These are basically peer business schools. if you are pursuing OCR (which the majority of students do for internship and FT), recruiters know that these are both elite schools with exceptional student bodies. Remember, the guy who works at the gas station or the toothpaste factory down the road isn't the one doing the hiring, so I don't think reputation plays a big factor. Besides, Dartmouth is an Ivy League school, we're not exactly comparing Northeastern to Northwestern.
If I were you, I'd base it on (1) financial aid, (2) "fit" and the general feeling you get being on campus, and (3) location--there is a big difference between Hanover and Boston.
Similar comments to last poster. Depending on your post-MBA career goals, they'll both set you up well for various placements and have solid alum network. I don't think there's much difference in terms of brand or prestige if that's a concern.
If you do end up getting off the wait list, then take into account any nuances when it comes to your career goals as well as consider money, fit, and location.
