Tulane or Fordham?

hey guys, this is from a Chinese girl who is going to take a macc program. i don't know whether it is ok to ask something about the accountancy program... but i'm really hoping for some advices. i plan to work in one of the big four after graduation in the u.s.. So i weight more on the networking, internship opportunities and job opportunities when selecting schools. i have some internships in China, such as ones in the Ernst & Young, Bank of China, China Securities, and so on. I have received ads from Tulane University and Fordham University. Would you give me some advice about how to choose?

Fordham is great for accounting...Big 4 firms practically live there with some kind of event almost every week...it's almost annoying, but great for networking. The city will offer many opportunities. Accounting program at Fordham is strong.

Do what you want not what you can!

thanks~ is it difficult for an international student to get a job? and i've heard nyc is noisy, crowded and expensive to live in. is it ture? i grow up in Beijing, which is getting noisy and crowed... not as good as before

Fordham.

I came into this thread ready to rip up a high school senior for considering going to Fordham over Tulane and all the partying that entails but I get the impression that doesn't exactly appeal to you.

^my thoughts exactly

A ton of Fordham kids get placed into big 4 accounting firms, I have a buddy who said the process was streamlined for it
