UCLA vs Vanderbilt

After one year at my local community college, I was accepted for transfer admission into several schools and narrowed it down to UCLA for business econ, and Vandy for economics. I am not the biggest fan of California for several reasons. I also love Nashville and everything country, and loved Vandy when I visited it. However, I've always liked UCLA and was completely content on going there until I got off the Vandy waitlist this morning. There's also the fact that, as a CA resident, UCLA would cost around $35k whereas Vandy would be around $75k. How do I weigh the two options?
