UK vs US undergrad

I’m a US freshman currently trying to decide whether to go to SMU Cox (as a transfer) or Durham University(UK) as a first year this fall. My goal is to break into IB and would slightly prefer to work in NYC/London over TX. Tuition would be the same for both unis. I’d much rather go to Durham for the global experience / overall school quality, but I’m concerned about my chances of getting sponsored by a UK bank upon graduation. I’m willing to do a MIF if necessary but that could cost a lot more. What should I do?
