This is a tough call. Both great school with great sports/party scene.
Only big difference is that since UVA you apply to business school sophomore year, there might not be as much separation between the business school & general college students in terms of prestige and recruiting. You can still get into the B-school if you want to at UVA (as long as your grades are good).
Student body wise, UVA might be slightly more conservative than UMich. UMich is also in a great college town, not sure about UVA.
I think this is one of the hardest 1:1 college comparisons. You should probably go with whichever one you feel is a better fit. Near and long term outcomes won’t be materially different

Charlottesville is an incredible college town. It’s right up there with Ann Arbor but with far better weather.
UVA. Non Ross is brutal and the Ross alumnus are exclusionary. UVA major makes no difference.
