Undergrad: William And Mary Or University Of Richmond Or University Of Rochester

Hey all. I am a senior at high school deciding which college to go to. Right now my top choices are William And Mary, University Of Richmond, and University Of Rochester. No matter which school I choose, I will try to transfer to a target undergrad school (UVA/Cornell, etc). Which choice will be better? By the way, I didn't see much information about LACs on WSO. Are LACs as competitive as other universities? I am an international student, so the costs for these schools are nearly the same, and please forgive my grammar mistakes. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!!!!
