I’m a freshman at a West Coast target trying to get into tech IB in SF. Does anyone have any advice on books, podcasts, interviews etc. that would be helpful? Any other advice is appreciated too.
Look into the SIE and series 66/79 exams. If you can study for them now you'll be way ahead of your peers.
