URGENT: Boston College CSOM vs Emory Goizueta ( Undergrad )

Hi guys, my college admissions process is almost over and I'm faced with a big decision to make within the next couple days...

I've been accepted to two semi-targets for IB and cannot decide between them, so I decided to stop lurking on here and get some advice. I was also waitlisted at Harvard, but we all know that the chances are very slim and what to do in the case a miracle happens. Any input will be greatly appreciated and I look forward to hearing from y'all.

Emory Pros: - I feel the quality of life is better in Atlanta than in Boston - Big, beautiful campus with better weather than Boston - Less intense frat scene than at bigger state schools so I might give it a go - Competition with other Georgia colleges is lower for job placement - Seems more diverse

Cons: - Atlanta isn't as much of a financial hub as Boston - Not guaranteed admission into GBS, although it's extremely likely (something like an 80% admission rate for internal transfers) - I have never lived in the South and don't know if I'd like it - More expensive than BC

BC-CSOM Pros: - Guaranteed admission into Carrol School of Management - I'm originally from New England so I like the vibe - Known for being one of the most fun schools in the nation - Good placement in Boston and NYC from what I've heard - Cheaper than Emory

Cons: - Seems very preppy to me - More competition with Northern elite schools (Ivies, MIT, BU, NEU, etc.) - I have family up in Boston, so I feel I'd be less independent - Big emphasis on sports here, although it helps with school spirit and noticeability - Confusing campus situation - No frat scene - Religious school

BC would cost me $8.5k a year, while Emory would set me back around $19k a year.

Thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing from you guys.
