USC is a better UCLA without all the riff raff

USC is basically UCLA for the WASPs, its more exclusive, selective and expensive. They also tend to keep out the riff raff (read: blacks, indians, latinos (latinas can stay though)) better than some shitty public state school. It's smack dab in middle of LA meaning you can pump and dump some broads slutting around if you strike out with that Aphi or Tri Delta sorostitute whos determined to give you blue balls.
