UT Austin Economics vs IU Kelley

I recently just got into UT Austin for economics as an OOS, but I pay in state tuition due to property. I am already admitted into IU Kelley for Finance, but after scholarships, tuition comes out to be around the same. I want to ideally break into West Coast investment banking and try to pivot into other finance roles later on in my career. I can try to transfer at UT into McCombs, but the process is highly arbitrary, and they accept very few transfers. What route should I take? Any advice is appreciated.
