UVA Econ (CAS) vs USC Marshall

Heavily debating on which school to go to still as a transfer student. I know for sure that I want to go into investment banking, but my end goal is to work in TMT at a bank in San Francisco. Which school would better position me for those opportunities, and is there a HUGE difference in banking/buy-side recruiting between both schools?

If your ideal banking job is TMT in SF, go to USC.

Disclaimer: I don't know much about bank placement at USC, but I go to UVA and our pipelines are geared towards NYC. I only know a few people who've gone straight to SF from undergrad, and its mostly for PE.
