WashU Olin

I was recently admitted to WashU directly into their Olin business school. I’m strongly considering attending due to the generous aid package they gave me. All 4 years shouldn’t cost me more than about 10k, assuming financial situations do not change. I was simply wondering how their program places into IB and Consulting? How does it compare to the ivies? I still have a few ivy decisions to go, but I’m doubtful I’ll get into any and WashU seems like a very attractive option to me right now.

Thanks In advance.

Was considering WashU a few years ago. They have a great program, albeit very expensive (which shouldn’t be an issue for you given the aid). They place really well into MBB but below average into IB for their ranking. If you’re really gunning for IB, I’d consider other T20s if you get into any, like Emory, UNC, UMich, UVA, Duke, etc.

Thanks for your input! I'm looking more at consulting anyway so that's just fine with me. I got into UVA and Mich but those two were a little expensive for me.
