What are my chances of TOP 15 MBA?

Hey guys, I am and looking for some advice. I'm hoping to get into TOP 15 MBA. What are my chances given below profile?

  • BS Economics from regional west private school
  • 3.65 GPA
  • 770 GMAT
  • European/Asian (shouldn't matter but throw it out there)
  • 4.5 years in BB Ops & Finance (Account management & project management), experience in BI analytics
  • Career Goal: Switch to consulting (MBB dream)
  • International background, lived & studied in EU, Asia, and U.S. (multiple citizenships)
  • First in family to receive bachelor/graduate degree
  • EC: Regularly teach refugee children Math & Mandarin via non-profit, & served on community HOA board

TOP 15 Target Schools:

INSEAD, LBS, Northwestern (Kellogg), Columbia, Yale, Dartmouth (Tuck), Duke (Fuqua), UM-Ann Arbor (Ross), University of Virginia (Darden)

Thanks in advance.

I think the target list is very reasonable, and you have a solid shot at getting into any of those (CBS being the lowest but still very possible).

I think ultimately your essay/story will be the deciding factor since there isn't much more you can do about your WE. But your stats are very solid, honestly only thing that maybe holds you back is your work experience.

If I was a betting man I would assume you'd get into atleast two of those programs if you apply r1/r2

Thank you for your comment. I did revise the list taking off CBS, Duke, and LBS since I do not believe they align with my goals and realistic expectations.

I do appreciate that my work experience is not ideal for top schools, though I hope my emphasis on project management & BI analytics in my ops role will help explain my career change goal into management consulting. Does it help my profile if I managed 4+ analysts/interns & have good LoR from BB directors I worked extensively with?

I'm not sure if I can apply to American programs with my EU citizenship if I am also American citizen.

Or did you mean when I submit my ethnicity? I normally put 2 or more races.
