More on work experience: After graduation, I joined a sales rotational program at a company that provides finance ratings. I completed the program last year and have been in my permanent role since then. However, I'm currently in a learning and development phase, mainly helping with email outreach, cold calling, analyzing client data to inform sales strategy, and delivering product demos to clients. I expect to start managing my own accounts and earning commission next year.

Without knowing your GMAT and type of work experience I don't think many people will be able to help. That said, if you're omitting it's because you are doing it purposely (regardless of the reason, not a good sign) or you didn't think about it's relevancy (also, not a good sign). So based on the limited info I have, going to say all will be a stretch but just being brutally honest.
