What is the best school (of the following) for a business degree?

Hi!
I started researching business degrees in Brazil. All of the best schools are around the same level among themselves, but the programs are based around the ones of American schools. I narrowed the list to 4 schools (here). The universities that created the programs are:

Vanderbilt University (Owen Graduate School of Management);
University of Pittsburgh (Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business);
University of North Carolina (Kenan–Flagler Business School);
Suffolk University (Sawyer Business School).

What do you think is the best option?

Semi-Target University of North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler Business School) Vanderbilt University (Owen Graduate School of Management)

Non-Target University of Pittsburgh (Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business) Suffolk University (Sawyer Business School).

get your head on the Poets & Quant undergrad program lists or MBA school lists. You'd feel like an idiot instantly but luckily before you make terrible life event commitment
