What should I do as a freshman at University of Illinois-Springfield?

Hello, I am currently a freshman at UIS majoring in finance and I was looking to transfer to a bigger school for the finance exposure and the Investment Banking clubs that help students place into firms. I currently have a 3.9 GPA. My main thing is the cost of attendance I really am trying not to go higher than 38-40k a year including room and board. What programs should I look into that have programs that place, and the cost of attendance isn't outrageous? I am currently looking into Mizzou where I would get a 20k scholarship for my GPA and hopefully join the Missouri Investment Group. I am also looking into Miami Ohio as they have the Investment Banking Club. Appreciate all the help!

Do your classes and get good grades. Transfer to a better school that will get a look at banks. Try to secure finance related internship over summer too

Yes, I have a finance internship this summer secured. If I transferred after next year wouldn't I miss out on the internship recruiting since it takes place during sophomore year, or do I need to transfer now?
