Where to study for GMAT?
This is kind of a weird question to ask, but where did everyone study for the GMAT? I live in a quad with 3 roommates who always watch TV or hang out in the living room on weekends so studying in the apartment may not be the most efficient. I was thinking I could either do my GMAT studying in the office (live 20-25 min away, work in a corporate strategy role where the team is accommodating of b-school) or the public library (another 20-25 min away). Just wondering if anyone had ever run into a similar problem?
I found a fire place at one of the paneras and would set up shop next to it for 8 hours a day
I had a similar situation except it was my wife and 2 year old child who made it hard to study at home. I think your on to it; I would go into work an hour or so early and also went to our public library. Often there are closer places--cafes, Barnes & Noble, Laundromats, etc. I think the key is to limit your distractions (cell phone, computer, etc.).
Studied at work. I had a lot of down time though.
