Which school for IB?

I am a senior in high school looking at my options for the next few years. I am considering going in-state to the University Of Tennessee, where I have some alumni in my family who are really well integrated into the schools business programs. I'm also looking at Catholic University of America, Florida State, Ole Miss, and LSU. I think that for IB, UT is probably my best option since I already have some connections through family, and its relatively close to Charlotte. Please let me know what you think is best. I know about "target schools" and such but Ivy Leaguers are really way out of my reach.

Can you get into Vandy?

Doubtful, and even if I could, it would be so astronomically expensive. I know IB pays well, but I wouldn't be comfortable with that much debt.
