Which school is best for Investment Banking that I got into in NY or NC?

Hi all,
Currently I am thinking about attending Michigan LSA with an Economics major, but am thinking about appealing to UT-Austin McCombs School of Business (I got rejected.) The only problem is I plan on working in either NYC or NC, and don't know how McCombs placement is in those respective areas for IB. Should I still consider appealing, or should I settle with Michigan as an Economics major?

Firstly, you can't appeal; decisions are final. McCombs 100% places better than Michigan LSA, but Mich is still a decent choice.

Not true. I have a lot of friends who got into UT off appeal and after a semester transfer into McCombs
