Which school is better to transfer from if I aspire to get into IB: UMiami or GWU?

I'm currently a senior and my two top schools that I am choosing between are UMiami and GWU. However, they are not target schools for BB banks and I plan on trying to transfer a year into my undergrad. Which one should I go to if my end goal is to make it to a target school (UVA McIntire, UMich Ross, etc.)? Which one has more of a "name" to it, which one has better academics, and which one has more extracurriculars and opportunities for me to leverage to become a competitive applicant? Another factor is the social environment at these places as I would also like to enjoy the year I'd spend at the school. Yes, there is always the possibility of me ending up staying at the school, but given what I want, what do you guys think?

When I posted this on Reddit, many people suggested attending GWU due to unparalleled opportunities present within the D.C. area due to the fact that there are also many other top schools there and many companies are present. However, I wanted to ask user on this platform for their advice and opinion.
