Which School should I go to for breaking into IB?

I am a high school senior with average grades, to be honest, but I am trying to maximize my college choices so I can break into IB/high finance. I have been accepted as a finance student at Baylor, Alabama, and Penn State, but with the 2+2 Plan, and I won't be on the main campus for two years, so I may miss out on joining the Nittany Lion Fund. I have yet to hear back from Reaches (Ivys like Rice, Notre Dame, and other ones I shotgunned) and Texas A&M, UF, and Chapel Hill (UNC being in-state where I live). If there is any advice or recommendation I could get for my situation from those who are well-informed, I am also Latino, so I don't know if that helps with diversity or not.
