Which schools are worth applying to as a transfer?

Currently a first year at UT McCombs (semi-target at best). 1530 SAT and 3.92 GPA after the first semester along with decent extracurricular involvement (USIT general member bc I didnt get past the interview stage for SCG along with Longhorn Racing Operations Team). Wanted some insight on the following:
- What schools are worth transferring into? (obviously HPYSM would be worth transferring into but take virtually no applicants). Are there any schools out there which are transfer-"friendly" which would be worth going to over UT?

  • Is there anything I can do over spring semester to improve my applicant profile? I'm looking at a search fund internship or something simple over this coming summer.
Eventually want to do IB (surprise surprise)

It’s your choice, but I’d recommend staying and grinding for WSFM/IBA. WSFM has amazing placements, as I’m sure you’re aware. If you think you’re good enough for BB/EB, you’re good enough to get into WSFM which sets you up really nicely for these firms.

Some other schools worth transferring to would be probably any Ivy (Cornell probably easiest to get into), NYU, Michigan, Georgetown, UChicago, and Notre Dame. Probably some others too.
