Will I be Accepted if so is it worth?

The story of a boredtechy

Finished my Undergrad EE from a no-named Indian school GPA 3:8 (ranked second)
Again M.S. EE (Research focus) with 3.9 GPA. ( full ride + assisantship). Published couple of quant heavy journals.

Worked for a medium sized company as a techy for 5 yrs ( got promoted twice) -Enjoyed my work.

Earnings started at 70k and grew to 80 k. Was working 50 hrs on an avg. Had a good work life balance.

Moved to a Chip Giant in West Coast. Higher pay, but requires little/no use of my brains. I feel dumb.

Now definitely no room to progress any further. Hvae all the time on earth.

Currently Make 100K + plus awesome benefits ( health care taken care of ) and as fortune 500 tech company i get about 20k in stocks.

Annual increments 1.5% ( I don't blame em because my role sucks)

I don't expect this job to last longer. Trust me a high schooler can do this job and i fear when a recession hits ill go.

During this process also i am venture investor.

Now, I'm 30 , with MS EE+7 yrs experience looking to head to B school so now the following questions.

1) Am i really old for a b school
2) looking to move into equity research/high tech consulting roles after b school.
3) Can i move into 2) without a b school.
4) If i cannot move into new roles, is a one year b school good enough.

5) Being a tech company siad it would pay for part time JD if i wanted to become a patent lawyer.
6) Can i use my JD to move into business /finance?

I love how half the post was irrelevant. What's your GMAT? Do you have good references? No one cares about your quant heavy journal publications when you're 30 -- it's almost a given that had some academic accomplishments but it says nothing about leadership, and so on.

Answering your questions in descending order: You're never too old to go to b school. Why? No. No. Cool. No.
