When looking at your transcript, HR only looks at your GPA and not specific classes or specific grades. Go with the grading method that you prefer and do not worry about it.

For some reason I said HR - but I meant ad comms.
I haven't applied for my MBA yet, but I was in the same scenario as you. 1) I received a "D" in Music (Can you imagine?) and 2) used Satisfactory/not when I went for my masters in economics. Thought it would affect my chances and went to A LOT of admissions consultants. I received the same response that it will not matter.
