Career Resources
Penn state or Rutgers especially if you want to go into IB. Both have more representation compared to the others listed. If your goal is to transfer then I would look at which school is though of the be more “prestigious” which will open up better colleges for transferring.
Penn state if you’re a PA resident, Rutgers if you’re a NJ resident. Apply to transfer from both, but also recruit/network aggressively from both.
