Thanks WSO - Finally landed a FO ER position

First time poster here and I owe WSO a huge thanks. I finally landed a front office equity research position. It would not have been possible without all the advice I read on this forum (big shout out to M&I as well). I came from a non target state school. I graduated 2 years ago with an engineering degree. Purely through networking and tons of interviews (everything during the job search process is an interview), I was able to finally get the job I want. It really is as simple as everyone on here says. NETWORK and make yourself marketable through everything you do. I know its been said 1000x, but it needs to said again because I did not believe it for the longest time as well. Anyway, I wanted to thank the forum and give some hope to all the people currently in my position. It can be done!
