1 Equities Sales Analyst opening + interview. Will it be all about fit?

I am preparing for an interview with an equity sales desk where there is only one immediate opening. Not sure how many people they will be interviewing. I am familiar with what equity sales entails and the whole S&T recruiting process and have read up about how to kill the internships and land the job, but not so much on immediate openings. This is for a bulge bracket. I'm a college athlete and there are other athletes that work there. I've read that your first year you are basically a glorified administrative assistant and the junior bitch and that you wold basically be a non-value added asset to the team. I'm ok with that.

As a finance major I know how to talk the talk, but will the interview basically be all about fit and the team trying to find someone that they like and will enjoy spending time with? How do I formally express that I am willing and happy to do the grunt work and that I am fine with doing anything that is assigned to me, no matter how demeaning or basic? Do you have any other tips on how to read your interviewer and try to connect with them as much as possible? Or am I over simplifying this and will the interview actually be a lot more technical, etc.?
