42k - 45k base plus 6k - 8k sign on I would say (all in GBP ofcourse and pre-tax). Dont know much about S&T bonus.

There can be some discrepancy on the bonus but base and sign on should be coherent across the board.

I know someone who is a second year S&T analyst at BAML London. He told me his base is 55K but we never talked about bonuses. He mentioned that when he gets promoted to associate, his base will go up to 90K. Not sure how true this is, because 90K GBP seems like a very high base.

Including sign-on, the BBs are paying £48-52k. 6 month stubs will most likely be 10-15k range, and there seems to be a trend of not differentiating between different roles and desks. E.g, Credit Sales will get the same bonus as Rates Trading for the first year.

RBS is closer to 60K, but with limited first year bonuses. I've also heard of people negotiating the base up, even as a grad.

45k analyst for last year
