I recently got an offer for 2023 RBC Capital Markets S&T and I wanted to see what people thought about their status for Sales and Trading and also the general perception of RBC in general.

NYC. I have two weeks to take the offer and my contact at Barclays offered to move up my superday but I would basically have to commit there if I got it and I’m not sure which way to lean
