2024 Sales and Trading SA HK

Didn't see a thread like this so I'll just create one. Feel free to provide some input regarding the timeline of recruiting for the banks in Hong Kong. Based on the info I've gathered so far:

Nomura - offers are out

GS - spds are out

Barclays - spds are out

BofA - 1st round pi

Citi - 1st round group interview

MS IED - offers are out

Thanks for starting this thread! It's always great to have a place where we can share updates and insights. Here's what I've gathered based on the most helpful WSO content:

  • Nomura: It seems like they've already sent out their offers. If you haven't heard back, it might be a good idea to reach out and check in.
  • Goldman Sachs (GS): Superday invitations have been sent out. If you've applied and haven't received an invitation, it might be worth following up.
  • Barclays: Superday invitations are also out here. Same advice applies - if you haven't heard anything, consider reaching out.
  • Bank of America (BofA): They're currently in the first round of personal interviews. If you've applied and haven't been contacted yet, don't lose hope. The process might still be ongoing.
  • Citi: They're conducting first round group interviews. This could mean they're still in the early stages of their recruitment process.
  • Morgan Stanley (MS) IED: Offers have been sent out. If you haven't received one, it might be worth checking in.

Remember, timelines can vary and the process can be fluid. It's always a good idea to stay proactive and reach out if you're unsure. Good luck!
