Advanced execution services?

Was looking through different products offered to clients on CS website, is this essentially Algo trading system?

Also, what would one do in this product group? I hear you don't need programming background which is hard to believe.

They have a lot of sales people who basically help out clients, take them to dinners, etc. Lot of attractive girls in this group obviously (the tall redhead who went to michigan undergrad, swoon).

But yeah, credit suisse's AES is the gold standard among all the sell-side algo trading groups. The founder, Dan Mathisson, is a former DE Shaw guy who is a pioneer in this field (Scott Patterson's book "Dark Pools" extensively discusses credit suisse AES), and Manny Santayana (he recently left) was a charismatic larger-than life head of sales who literally jet setted all over the world to party with clients.
