Advice for incoming Linear Rates Trading An1 at US BB?
Starting as a first year analyst on a US Linear Rates trading desk at a BB in NYC. I interned there last summer and really enjoyed my time. Still not sure if I'll be on the cash or swaps side... Does anybody have advice on how to stand out as an analyst and fast track myself to taking risk sooner rather than later? Very interested in the space and fairly knowledgeable about the US Rates landscape. Thank you!
