Akuna Capital vs Optiver Internship

I have offers from both these places for an internship. I believe I like Akuna capital slightly more, but I have heard that their future doesn’t seem very bright? To be frank, which company pays more in bonuses (i’ve Heard Akuna might pay on the lower end in bonuses since they reinvest a lot of earnings), and where do I have the higher expected earnings over the next 2-5 years.

Additionally, I presume both these companies are equally good enough from a resume perspective if I wish to pursue other opportunities in tbe future

Both of them are similar companies and have similar training programs. Akuna’s sounded slightly better to me from what I gathered speaking to both companies. If good people will make the same anywhere, does that mean optiver has “better” people than Akuna does if they are making more? Don’t things like company platforms, and trading strategies matter? I don’t have any prior experience in trading, so I was wondering about things like that
