Alpha Research vs Monetization
Recently got a job as a quantitative research intern at a prop shop. Is there a growth difference between alpha research which is from what I understand getting signals and pricing the stuff we trade and monetization?
Monetization from what I gather is about optimizing the use of alphas and ensuring max PNL out of the alphas
Both will have the ability to see the PnL and codebase of the team.
