Analyst vs non Analyst bonus pool
The range for bonuses this year was 60-90k for people in the S&T analyst program. I recently found out that people not in the program are part of a different and lesser bonus pool.
For example, if you have 2 trading assistants on a desk, if their performance was exactly the same, the one in the analyst class would get a bonus in the 60-90k range, while the other if they arrived through ops or outside reference would get between 25-30k. Is this the common across the street?
