Any Advice on S&T Internship?

Hey everyone!

I'm currently an undergraduate junior and I recently got accepted to a S&T internship, but I was wondering whether any of you had any advice regarding what I can do to prepare for this SA position (within APAC). I would also love to preferably receive a FT, so if you guys have any thoughts on that, please feel free to add onto the thread!

I'm aware that APAC offices are more interested in whether candidates are fluent in the host country's language (as opposed to the offices in the US), which I feel like was a huge contributor as to why I got in the internship. I also come from a political science background, so I really don't have too much prior finance background. Given my situation, if you guys have any advice that you could share, that would honestly help a lot!

Show up 15-30 minutes early each day, don't ask the same questions over and over, take notes during meetings, be communicative about timelines, under promise / over deliver, be a likable person... you'll get the FT offer
