Any Breaking into Trading Guides?

Current IBD associate and I’ve come across endless amounts of breaking into IBD guides but none for trading at an investment bank. I’m looking for something that covers everything a young person without any information could read and can learn enough to apply for trading roles:

- what it is and all the different sub-roles/desks and what they do

- what the responsibilities are

- day in the life

- how to break into trading (recruitment process, interview prep etc.)

My little sister just told me she wants to be a trader at my BB investment bank once she graduates but she’s only a teenager and has no idea what trading is, pretty sure she only says that cause I work at a bank but she’s really good at maths so who am I to judge and say she can’t. So I want to give her a (free) complete guide to breaking into trading at an investment bank and explaining everything there is to know for trading so she can learn about it and be prepared for applications. problem is I can’t find any proper guides to it and was hoping someone here might know of some. Thanks!

i liked the guides from salesandtrading.org when preparing for my internship.  former goldman trader, explains the structure of the floor, diff products, interview questions, comp, etc.

sorry mate, wanna support the guy who made the content and not distribute things online.  p sure the guide is $30, if it helps you in any way i'd say that's a pretty good investment.
