My university is offering a free course on this software. It's used in cash flow analysis, OAS, etc. for mortgages and mortgage derivatives. I'm working in BB mortgage trading starting next year but I don't think we use this software. I'm wondering if it's worth my time to take the class even though we have proprietary software to do this sort of analysis.
