Average S&T bonus for Analysts and Associates
Hey, I know BB/EB IB bonus averages are always published online, but does anyone have any color on bonus numbers for s&t junior positions. first year BB IB total comp is like 175-180 (65-70k bonus) and i assume s&t's is lower right?
I think first year bonus is usually between 20-40 including sign on

Analyst make 135-175K all in Associates are 200-300K all in. Maybe some additional upside once you make associate if you do well and your desk has a big year.
Thanks for the insight! I see on some compensation surveys that s&t md pay is often the same or even higher than ib md pay on average. do you think is true and if so, at what level do u think s&t pay catches up
Most VPs are 300-500K, directors 500-750K and MDs 1-3MM. I have never worked in banking so not exactly sure how that comps but there are more banking seats and just more turnover so that drives comp higher.
What products have you seen payed better/worse? In particular, how have you seen rates, credit, securitized products, and equity derivs desks compare?
