Bank prop desks

I am looking for information on the prop desks that I assume all major banks have to some degree. I am thinking along the lines of BoA, Citibank, UBS etc.

My few hours of poking around the internet has revealed little to me other than that these entities try to keep a low profile.

Does anyone have a place to look and gather more information about them?
